The foundation acts as a bridge provides contact between <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Netherlands &#8211; Europe <\/strong>(professionals, organizations, companies and universities among others) &amp; <strong>Colombia \u2013 Latin America <\/strong>(communities, local foundations, and local universities among others) promoting, applying and researching about <em>\u201ccreative techniques\u201d <\/em>to improve the quality of life of less favored communities. The foundation\u00b4s primary focus is on how <em>\u201cdesign thinking\u201d <\/em>and <em>\u201ccreative<\/em> <em>approaches\u201d <\/em>can help less favored communities.<\/p>\n<p>Help Manuel foundation has an <em>integral approach <\/em>that consist in two divisions:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A <em>\u201cknowledge centre\u201d <\/em>is the theoretical and research division providing support to the foundation, and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Series of <em>\u201ccreative workshops\u201d <\/em>with professionals, students and community members attempt to identify and solve problems related with design and development.
